Winifred Margaret Faulkner

Winifred “Winnie” Margaret Faulkner (Ringland), 91, a lifelong resident of Keene, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, while under the care of the Birches at Concord. Winnie was born in Keene on December 14, 1933, to the late Vera M. (Watkins) and Winfred W. Ringland. She was educated locally and graduated with the Keene High School class of 1952. On June 28, 1952, Winifred exchanged vows with the love of her life, Clarence “Clancy” Faulkner. They celebrated a simple service in Keene with family and friends, and were happily married for 70 years until Clarence passed away on December 5, 2022. Winnie enjoyed her 20 years working in the payroll department at American Optical. Following the closure of AO, Winnie performed oXice work for NGM Insurance and Keating Electric. Winnie loved spending time with her grandchildren and having them stay overnight during school vacations. She enjoyed reading, going for walks, and playing cards with family and friends.
