Timothy John Campbell, 64, of Keene, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, September 19, 2025. Born in Keene, NH on October 31, 1960, he was the son of the late Richard and Rose (Sartorio) Campbell.
Tim grew up in Keene and graduated from Keene High School. With a love and passion for art since the second grade, he had a lifelong career as a successful artist. He was a member of local and national art associations and had won several awards for his work such as 2010 folk artist of the year for the country and the Ewing Art Award. He loved spending time with family and friends and cooking Italian food; especially his “best in town” meatballs.
He is survived by his sister Gail Wellington and husband Preston; brother Richard Campbell and wife Carolyn; niece Karen Campbell; nephew Douglas Campbell; grandniece Natalie. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his jack Russell Otis of 18 years.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, from 4PM to 7PM at Cheshire Family Funeral Home, 44 Maple Ave, Keene NH, 03431. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 10AM at St. Josephs Cemetery, 600 Main St, Keene, NH 03431.
Donations in memory of Tim may be made to the Monadnock Humane Society or an Animal Rescue.
