Steven Arthur Sharkey

Steven Arthur Sharkey, 69, a resident of Gilsum, passed away peacefully and quietly on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, in the comfort of his home with family near. He was born a son to the late Alice C. (Rollins) and Arthur J. Sharkey Sr. on July 11, 1955, in Keene. He attended the local school system at Keene High School. Steven enjoyed his time working for People Linen and custom laundry which was bought out by people’s for around 35 years. He retired this past February. Along with working, Steven loved racing, camping, and being outdoors. One thing he loved most in life was spending time with his family. Mr. Sharkey is survived by his son Chad Sharkey and wife, Amanda of Marlborough, his daughters, Stacy Somerset and husband, Darel of Swanzey, Phyllicia Sharkey of Winchester, and son in law, Matt Tillson of Stoddard.
