Parker Raymond Own

Parker Raymond Drown, 71, of Swanzey, passed away quietly and unexpectedly surrounded by the love of his family on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at the Cheshire Medical Center in Keene. He was born a son to the late Kathryn (Andrews) and George Drown, on November 8, 1952, in Berlin, NH. He was educated at Merrimack County High School in Penacook, New Hampshire. He also attended trade school for building in Manchester, New Hampshire. On August 6, 1971, Parker exchanged vows with his loving wife, Barbara, in Concord New Hampshire they had a simple service with family and friends celebrating them. Parker enjoyed his career as a builder and carpenter, working for Schaal Givins. He had a strong work ethic and took great pride in his work. Although he enjoyed his work, he was happily retired and got to enjoy his other interests which included travelling, biking, playing horseshoes, trips to the casino, drinking margaritas, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with his friends, family, and grandchildren.
