Marie Carignan

Marie Virginia Carignan, born on May 29, 1944, peacefully passed away at the age of 80 on October 4, 2024, at the Johnson City Medical Center in Tennessee. She was surrounded by her loving husband of 60 years, Peter Carignan, and her children, Angela and Tom. Marie spent her early years in Keene, NH, under the care of her parents, Virginia and Raymond Provencher, and treasured the memories of her childhood on Hooper St. She graduated from Our Lady of Monadnock Academy in 1962. Marie and Peter's love story began in 1957 at St. Joseph’s school, leading to a heartwarming 7-year courtship that culminated in their wedding at St. Bernard's Church in Keene, NH, on May 2, 1964.
