Kira-Lee (Nolan) Franklin. 66, a lifelong resident of Winchester, passed away peacefully and quietly on Friday, May 16, 2025, while under the care of Cheshire Medical Center in Keene.
She was born a daughter to the late Marilyn J. (Lascore) and Clarence A. Nolan on August 31, 1958, in Keene. She was educated in Winchester and graduated from Brattleboro Union High School, class of 1986.
Kira-Lee enjoyed her time as a certified nurse aide for the Thompson House in Brattleboro, VT. and for Bert Anne House in Chesterfield, NH.
Along with working, Kira-Lee enjoyed spending her time dancing, listening to Hank Williams Jr. music, watching Perry Mason, and collecting owl figurines. If you knew Kira-Lee, you know her favorite color was purple, and she loved attending the Auxiliary conventions. She was a proud member of the Winchester Woman’s VFW Auxiliary.
