Edward J Sturtz

Edward John Sturtz, son of Edward John Sturtz Sr., and Mary (Billie) Sturtz, born on August 16, 1947, passed away on March 16, 2025 at his home with his wife of 54 years, Annette (Ketterer) at his side. Ed was a man with strong principles and a strong faith who loved family above all else. He was proud to have served in the Navy including having two tours in Vietnam. As a friend of his said, “I raise my right hand in a final salute to Ed. May the wind be at his back as he sails the open blue seas in peace.” He is survived by his wife, his sons David (Kat Bombard) Sturtz, John (Tanya) Sturtz, grandchildren, Jonathan “Jack” (fiancé Brianna) Sturtz, Brooklyn Bombard, Jessica (Mitchell) Kinney, Sullivan Sturtz and Mariam Sturtz. Great grandchildren Emma Kinney and Vincent Kinney. His sister Eileen (Edward) Raslowsky and sister-in-law Deb (Jerry) Wright and many nieces and nephews.
