Dorothy Elaine Kelley

Dorothy Elaine Kelley (Sevene), 94, a resident of Keene and formerly of Greenfield, MA, passed away peacefully and quietly on Saturday, June 14, 2025, while under the care of the American House in Keene. Dorothy (Dot) was born to the late Annas (Burley) and Henry Sevene on December 10, 1930, in Shelburne Falls, MA. Dorothy was educated locally and graduated from Greenfield High School, class of 1948. After high school, Dorothy attended Cosmetology school in Springfield, MA, and then worked for Anthony’s Beauty Salon in Greenfield for several years. On July 3, 1954, Dorothy exchanged vows with the love of her life, Frank S. Kelley. They had a simple ceremony at St. Patrick’s Church in Northfield, MA with their family and friends celebrating with them. They were married for 69 years until Frank passed away on April 18, 2024.
