Deborah was born in Bellows Falls, Vermont, and attended Nauset Regional High School in Orleans, MA. While she worked at Keene State College, she took classes when she could and slowly earned her associate degree in General Studies. Deborah was deeply committed to her community and served as a volunteer with the Women's Crisis Center in the 80s and 90s. She held numerous offices as a member of the Eagles Auxiliary 1413 in Keene, including Conductress, Secretary, Vice President, Past Madam President, and Madam President, a position she proudly held for three years, and was also a member of the V.F.W. 799 Auxiliary and American Legion Post 4 Auxiliary. In her free time, Deborah cherished spending time with her family, coaching her sons' baseball teams in their younger years, knitting blankets and baby sweaters, completing crossword puzzles, and volunteering with numerous veterans' organizations.

She is survived by her children Sherri Hudson and husband Bob, Jarrod Rivers, Courtney Davis and significant other Lisa Bagster; sisters Catriana Clark, Corey Eddings and husband Baron; brother Terry "Mike" Clark and wife Skye Stephenson; grandchildren Logan, Keeley, Gage Rivera and wife Alyson, Heath Hudson, Clarice Wardle and husband Colton, Zain Norton Rivers, Matthew Norton; great-grandchildren Mira, Emory, Lincoln Rivera, Ezra, Wednesday, Atticus Wardle; nieces and nephews Annette Tardiff, Beth Smith and husband Dan, Michael Clark, Kevin Clark, Dustin Maynard, Riley Maynard and significant other Tori Daigle, Whitney Maynard, and Kierra Eddings.
