Daniel Ellis

Daniel Ellis, 73, of Stoddard, NH passed away on March 27, 2025. He was born in Keene, NH on May 22, 1951, son of the late Earle and Irene (Rogers) Ellis. Dan was a true family man and loved each of them dearly. He never missed a family gathering and could be counted on to arrive with a jar of his homemade jam or moonshine. Everyone could rely on him to be there to lend a helping hand when needed. No appointments were necessary when visiting Dan. His door was always open, and he would usually be found tinkering in the barn or sitting in his favorite chair. He could often be heard engaging in lively conversations about politics, investments and the prospects of alien life, all with a laugh and a grin that will never be forgotten. He loved his pets, Zena, Jack Cat and most recently Jasper, who will miss the hand that doled out his treats. He loved spending time outdoors, riding his motorcycle, deer hunting and using his crossbow. He won trophies for several things including arm wrestling, darts, billiards,...
