Carlene “Carly” A. Frazier, 90, long time resident of Gilsum, passed peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Maplewood Nursing Home in Westmoreland, NH.

She was born a daughter to the late Evelyn (Hawksley) and Carlton Clark on October 1, 1934, in Mars Hill, ME. She was educated locally graduating from Vilas High School class of 1952.

On January 3, 1953, Carly exchanged vows with the love of her life, Ronald Frazier. They were married in a simple ceremony surrounded by the love of their family and friends. They had been married for 39 years when Ronald passed away on January 1, 1992.

Carly had worked as a Supervisor of Medical Records for Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic in Keene for 30 years when she retired in 1996. She had previously worked at Grange Insurance and for Douglas Toys as a seamstress working from home.

Carly was a social butterfly, spending time with her family and friends meant so much to her. She also had a love for traveling domestically and internationally to places such as Ireland and Aruba and a cruise to Alaska. When she was traveling you could find her at the casino or playing a round of golf.

Carlene is survived by her children, Karen Frazier and her wife Debra MacKenzie of West Chesterfield, Robin G. Frazier of Belton, MO., and David A. Frazier of Keene. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Melanie Bassler and her husband Bryan of Spofford, Bridget Fieber and husband Tom of Blue Springs, MO., Stephanie Bedaw and her partner Amanda Peloquin of Keene, Vaughn Sloan of Belton, MO., Tyson Frazier and his wife Jen of Winchester, Lorrie Ogren of Keene, Ronald Scott and his wife Jen of Lee’s Summit, MO.,
Carly-Jo McGee and her husband Jasen of Belton, MO., and step-grandchildren Bruce Burnham, Jr. and his wife Stacey Raitto, and Ryan Burnham and his husband Matt Bickford, as well as 23 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her daughter Debra Bedaw, her son-in-law Stephen Bedaw, her daughter-in-law Nancy Frazier, her siblings Patricia Burnham and Susan Osborne and her grandchild Taylor Frazier.
